Outstanding results. Second time treating 3 areas with Botox. Results were excellent and competitively priced for London. I was offered a 're-touch visit' even though I am not a new client and had already asked for the frozen look. Other clinics will only offer a 're-touch' visit for first time clients and wouldn't typically offer it if you have already gone for the frozen look i.e. some clinics have a narrow, not so generous view on how much Botox they use per client per area and are not willing to 'top it up' if you feel like you want them to. On my second Botox visit I also had a lip filler treatment with Teosyal HRA 2. Result was exceptional! I had had a not so positive experience at a Harley St clinic with a renowned plastic surgeon (TV, The Times appearances). The Harley St session left me with nice lips, but not as fuller as I wanted and also there were some lumps in the inner part of my lips, mostly only visible to me, but not what you expect when paying Harley St prices. With Yiannis though, I walked out of the clinic with exactly what I had in mind. In fact, it is Yiannis eye for aesthetics and his advice that are so valuable about his consultation. I had some pictures of the look I wanted him to achieve on my lips. Rather then simply doing as I asked he explained the constraints of my lip anatomy, the aesthetics aspects of my natural lips that I would want to maintain. In sum, I ended up with an enhanced version of my natural lips, not a blown-up distortion. His technic was also far superior than other experiences I had, where he injected the filler from the skin under and above the lips, as opposed to directly into the lips. Meaning no bruising and much nicer central projection. Upper and lower lips were perfectly balanced to maintain a masculine experience, just as I wanted. Most importantly, they look totally natural! Duck lips, blown out of proportion are awful in women, but in men they are catastrophic (in my opinion). Yiannis is an all rounder. Very professional, polite, nice individual with real technical talent, aesthetic eye and competitive pricing. Highly recommended.

I had 1ml Teosyal Kiss and my lips look utterly fabulous!! Dr. Yiannis is a perfectionist and a master at his craft! He took his time to explain the whole procedure and answered all my questions, keeping me relaxed and comfortable throughout. Numbing cream was applied to the area and the treatment was not painful in the slightest. There was hardly any discomfort and this was down to his incredible bed side manner and technique. I was first introduced to Yiannis at a crucial time in my life - for my skin. It was dry and no amount of expensive serims or moisturisers were helping. Yiannis is incredibly knowledgeable and understands all skin types. My skin after 9 months is completely unrecognisable. The confidence this brings and how you feel about yourself when you see results is just indescribable. I am entering a new phase in my life and I'm happy. I had a large brown pigmentation mark on my face for over 20 years. I used make up to cover it but it didn’t work. Over the years I tried many ways to remove or lighten it but it actually worsened as time went by. After much research, it was my good fortune that I booked a consultation with Dr Yiannis Valilas. He suggested that I try using "Obaji nu derm". Not only will it fade my problem area but at the same time it will address all other pigmentation on my face with an overall improvement of my skin. He explained that the products are also anti-aging and fine lines and wrinkles will diminish noticeably. He went into detail on the side effects that I may experience while the skin adjusted to its new regime. He gave me written instructions which I found extremely helpful as I wanted this to work and felt assured that if I followed Yiannis’s advice it would be successful I was excited for the outcome but also nervous that my face would become very red and dry. At times I did experience some of the symptoms but I was prepared for these so I wasn’t concerned. Included in the treatment was an intense moisturiser which I used during these times to calm redness and stop pealing and it worked instantly. After a short while the side effects stopped as I continued using and seeing results. I used the product for around 4 months and the outcome is truly remarkable. The large pigmentation has more or less disappeared, I no longer have to constantly apply make-up to cover it and I am more confident when meeting people. My skin glows and I receive many compliments about it. Yiannis suggested that I took photos every week and I now have a collection of these clearly showing how my skin has rejuvenated. When I look back to the first week’s photo I am still shocked by the dramatic difference. I couldn’t be happier and recommend others to try it. I also highly recommend Yiannis, I put my trust in him and it paid off. He is likeable and approachable and showed patience and reassurance with me when I repeated my concerns. He has continued to show interest even though I stopped using the products and I feel he would continue to do so. I am grateful and fortunate.

Even though i never felt I needed a facial treatment I got one as a bday present so i decided to go ahead with it.
